    1. What is the architectural style of the hotel, and what makes it special?

    Our hotel is a true masterpiece of late Art Nouveau architecture, housed in a historic building constructed in 1900 that is a protected architectural monument of national importance. After a thoughtful reconstruction in 2002, we've preserved all the original elegance and charm of the era while adding every modern comfort you could wish for. Staying with us is like spending the night in an actual museum of architecture, where you'll find elegant details, high ceilings, and a unique historical atmosphere.

    2. Is the hotel close to the famous Dzintari Concert Hall and the beach?

    Our location is one of our greatest assets. We are situated directly opposite the renowned Dzintari Concert Hall, just a 1-minute walk from its doors. The beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant Jomas Street, with its cafes and shops, are also just a short walk away, making us the perfect base for exploring all that Jurmala has to offer.

    3. What makes the Dzintari SPA at the hotel different from others in Jurmala?

    Our Dzintari SPA is a full-fledged wellness complex designed for deep recovery. It features a 12.5-meter swimming pool with a waterfall and hydro massage, a children's pool, three different saunas (including a 90°C Finnish sauna and a 70°C sauna with a mild subtropical climate), a steam room, a jacuzzi, and even heated relaxation loungers. We also offer unique hydro treatments like underwater massage, foot hydrotherapy, and a cold water bucket for a toning effect.

    We offer 38 rooms in total, ranging from cozy Standard Double Rooms to spacious Superior Double Rooms. For extra comfort, we have Family Suites, Semi-Suites, which offers a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Many of our rooms also feature private balconies and offer captivating views of the city.

    5. What amenities can I expect in my room?

    Your comfort is our priority. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a safe, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Our Superior, Semi-Suite, Family Suite, and Suite categories also include tea stations with a selection of herbal teas to make your stay even more pleasant. We also provide a bottle of mineral water upon your arrival.

    6. Is the hotel equipped with an elevator? Is it accessible for all guests?

    Our building is a protected 19th-century architectural monument, and in order to preserve its historic character, we do not have an elevator on the premises. The rooms are located on three floors. However, our friendly 24-hour front desk team is always ready to assist you with your luggage, and we will gladly accommodate any specific requests for room location on the lower floors if possible.

    7. What dining options are available at the hotel?

    Our restaurant, "Pegasa pils," boasts a very diverse menu, including world cuisine, traditional Latvian dishes, European classics, and wood-fired pizzas. A special children's menu is also available. In the summer of 2024, we also opened a new wine bar, "Randevu Vinotheque," offering excellent quality Italian wines.

    8. Is breakfast included? What time is it served, and what options are available?

    Yes, a delicious breakfast is included in your room fee. During the high season, we serve a generous buffet breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. In the low season, we offer an individual breakfast served from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

    9. Is parking available at the hotel? Do you offer an airport shuttle?

    Yes, we provide convenient private self-parking on site for our guests. Additionally, we offer a paid roundtrip airport shuttle service from Riga International Airport (RIX), which is about a 21-minute drive from the hotel. Please contact our 24-hour front desk in advance to arrange this service.

    10. Is your spa area suitable for children and families?

    Absolutely. We are a very family-friendly hotel. Our Dzintari SPA complex features a dedicated, safe children's pool. The restaurant also offers a separate children's menu. For entertainment, we have a billiard room and can even provide a kids' club or animation services upon request. For our youngest guests, we can provide a baby cot for an additional fee.

    11. What is the cancellation policy and check-in/out times?

    Our standard check-in is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (late check-in is possible by prior arrangement with our 24-hour front desk), and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The cancellation policy depends on your chosen rate. Our Standard Flexible Rate allows you to cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival, while our Non-Refundable Rate offers a lower price but does not allow for cancellations or date changes.

    12. Does the hotel accept pets, and is there a fee for them?

    Yes, we are happy to welcome your furry friends! The hotel has a pet-friendly policy and accepts both dogs and cats. There is a small surcharge of €10 per pet, per night. To ensure a spot is available, we kindly ask that you inform us about your pet in advance when making your booking. Service animals are always welcome.
