Each room has an adjustable air conditioning system. The conditioner is adjustable by remote control. The conditioning system starts working from 20 degrees. In winter, the conditioning system does not work. We informed you that in the summer season, conditioners only supply cold air.

Ironing service

If you need to iron clothes, you can do it in Room 317 for free, taking the key at the reception. If you need help or want your clothes to be ironed, then for a separate fee you will be provided with this service by contacting the front desk employee.

Departure from the hotel to noon 12:00. In case of extension, please inform the administrator in time. In case of late departure, additional payment will be charged.

Entry

Pets

THE HOTEL IS ALLOWED TO STAY  with cats and dogs for an additional fee.

The cost of staying one animal in the hotel is 25-95 eur per day, depending on the size of the pet. Dog small at the Withers up to 25 cm - 25 eur / day, Dog Medium at the Withers up to 35 cm (up to 19 kg) - 45 eur / day, Dog Large at the Withers up to 45 cm (up to 39 kg) - 95 eur / day, Cat standard (up to 9 kg) - 15 eur / day, ferret, small rodents, turtle (up to 9 kg) 15 eur / diurnal, Parrot or small birds - 5 eur / diurnal. After discharge, the room will be inspected for damage. If damage is detected, the hotel has the right to apply for payment for damage.  You need to control the noise made by your pet so that it does not disturb other guests. Yes your animal is free, at the door of the room should be a sign do not disturb, but in that case your room will not be serviced. Room cleaning

Room cleaning takes place between 11.00 and 15.00. Please leave a “clean up number”sign on the door. If you don't want to be disturbed, hang the "Do Not Disturb"sign on the door. If the towels are left on the floor, we will know that you want to replace them.
