Parking is available at the hotel 30 cars.There is also a parking place for a bus on the territory of the hotel. 

The hotel offers parking for a additional  fee.

Room service   is avialable  24/7.

Reception  works 24/ 7 .  To reach  our reception team deal  101 from  your room.

 You have to register your visitors if they stay in  your  rooms after  23.00

 BAGGAGE

The luggage storage  is located on the first floor of the hotel in front of the reception. This service is FREE.

Breakfast is included in your room rate. It is served in the restaurant RANDEVU

  We  offer individually prepared breakfasts ,9.00 to 11.00,  during low season.

 We offer buffet breakfast , 8:00-11:00, during high season.

 We offer an early breakfast or  take- away  breakfast  upon request. The reception  must be informed about this in advance.

 There is an evacuation plan in each room. The plan shows  the room's location   on the floor  and  all emergency exits.

Each room has an adjustable air conditioning system. The AC can be  adjusted by remote control. Our ACs  only  start  working when it is  20 or more  degrees outside.  ACs do not work in the  winter. 

 Ironing service

If you need to iron  your clothes, you can do it in Room 317 for free, taking the key at the reception. If you need help or want your clothes to be ironed,  you  need to contact reception , and  we will provide  you with this service  for extra charge.

 Check-out time is till  12:00. 

 if yoy need   late check-out , please inform the  reception in  advance.   LATE  check-out  comes   with  an  additional  fee ( 7 eur per hour).

 Check-in   time   starts from  14.0

 If yoy need   early   check-in, please inform the  reception in  advance.  Early   check-in  comes   with  an  additional  fee ( 7 eur per hour) and is avialable  only if  we have the rooms.

Pets

 THE HOTEL  ALLOWS cats and dogs for an additional fee.

The cost for one pet is 25-50 eur per day depending on its size. After you check-out, the room is checked for damage. If it is detected, the hotel has the right to ask you to compensate for the damage. You also need to control the noise made by your pet so that it does not disturb other guests. If you leave your pet alone in the room, you must put the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door, but be aware that in such case your room will not be cleaned. We take no responsibility for the release of your pet if there is no"DO NOT DISTURB" sign on your door.

Minibar is not included in your room rate. You can buy different drinks at the reception.

 Room cleaning

Room cleaning takes place between 11.00 and 15.00. Please, put a “clean the room” sign on the door. If you don't want to be disturbed, hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. If you leave the towels on the floor, we will know that you want to change them.
